The hotel was in a prime location, just a short walk away from the bustling market and downtown area. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, providing great service throughout our stay. The room was clean and tidy, with a spacious bathroom and hot water. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a good-sized room, providing us with ample space to relax.

The air conditioner in the room didn't seem to be working properly, but luckily the weather was cool enough that it wasn't a major issue. the TV was quite small and only had Spanish channels, limiting our entertainment options.

The famous food market, Boqueria, is just a short walk away. The rooms are clean and modern, with friendly and helpful staff. The front desk agents, Ana and Gabriel, provide a warm welcome and assist with navigating the city.

Some guests have reported encountering rude staff and the presence of cockroaches in their rooms.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, as it was very close to a metro station and within walking distance to everything. Plus, it was just a short stroll to the beach. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, especially my room, always super clean. The staff, including a receptionist with a shaved head, were really good. They were super nice and helpful, providing me with specific suggestions for cultural highlights, good bakeries, and public transportation options.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
